Founder and creator of She Takes The Cake bakery and sit-down café, Adrienne Weinberg, is delighted to have attracted a cult-like following of dessert lovers, epicureans, specialty food shops, fine restaurants, friends, and media alike. We cut luscious cakes and buttery, perfect crusts, not corners, ever.

Our cakes, pies, tarts and creations are made by hand, from scratch, and baked on site, in small batches, throughout the day. We use traditional methods and fine ingredients including fresh creamery butter and eggs from local farmers, premium Swiss and Ghiradelli chocolate, unbleached flour from Vermont, pure Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, natural fruit zests, and our very own, sinfully rich, Dulce du Leche.

We are known for our delicious and beautiful custom and wedding cakes, seasonal and celebratory cakes, whimsical children’s cupcakes and cakes, and for everyday indulgences and comfort foods at our bakery.  We do our best to be well stocked daily. If you have a special request or large order, we encourage you to call ahead.
